1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier’s website or our Track Your Order page to check the delivery status.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we may not be able to make changes because your order might already be processed or shipped.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately at hkbombshop@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
